Innokin Thermo RDA: 25mm, Two Deck Options and Squonk Ready
The Innokin Thermo is a 25mm rebuildable dripper with a choice of decks: it comes with a clamp-style deck fitted and a set of Velocity-style posts in the box, so you can build the way you prefer.
Air comes in through fixed ports below the coils and adjustable dual side ports, and Innokin’s Windstorm cyclone design swirls it round the chamber, with a guard above the deck to stop spit-back. A squonk pin is included for bottom-feed mods.

What Mods Suit the Thermo?
Any 510 mod with room for a 25mm atomiser, and bottom-feed squonk mods once you fit the squonk pin. It’s a dual-coil dripper, so it suits a regulated mod with plenty of power.
To build on it you’ll want Ni80 wire, cotton and a coil jig.
How to Build the Thermo
- Wrap your coil on a jig, then fit it into the posts and tighten the screws.
- Trim the leads flush with cutters.
- Read the resistance on a regulated mod, then pulse at low power and squeeze out any hot spots with ceramic tweezers.
- Thread cotton through the coil, trim it, and tuck the tails into the well.
- Prime the cotton with e-liquid, fit the cap and start low.
How Long Does a Build Last?
A wire build lasts months; the cotton is the consumable. Re-wick when the flavour dulls or turns burnt, and dry-burn and clean the coils between wicks.
Thermo Troubleshooting

| Spitting | Too much e-liquid in the well, or the wick tails are too thin. |
| Dry hits | Drip more often, or re-wick with more cotton in the well. |
| Mod won’t read the atomiser | Check the 510 pin and that the deck screws are tight. |
| Leaking from the side airflow | You’ve overfilled the well. Drip less. |
Safety and E-Liquids
Before you fire any build, read its resistance on a regulated mod and check your battery can take the current. Current is voltage divided by resistance: a fully charged cell at 4.2V across a 0.2Ω build draws 21A, more than many 18650s are rated for. If you’re not sure, bring the atomiser in and we’ll read it for you. For drippers, high-VG shortfills wick well and give the most vapour.
