How You Collect Points
- Every purchase – 2 points for every £1 you spend on our website and in our app, and 4 points for every £1 in our shops.
- Your second order – your 2nd order earns double points when you place it on our website or in our app, signed in to your account.
- Reviews – 10 points for each product review we publish.
- Recommend us – 50 points when a friend you refer places their first order, and 25 points for them.
- Your birthday – 50 points on your birthday.
How You Use Your Points
- 100 points = £1. Points come off in £5 amounts, once you have 500 points or more.
- You can use £5 of points for every £15 you spend in one order – spend £15 and use £5, spend £30 and use up to £10. Spend means the products in your order, not delivery.
- Use them at checkout on our website, in our app, or at the till in any of our shops – just give us your name or show your app.
- Points can’t be exchanged for cash, vouchers or discount codes.
- Points you don’t use expire 6 months after you earn them.
PLEASE NOTE: Our points system was updated on 30th October 2026 to be in-line and compliant with the new UK Vape laws.
