OXVA XLIM V3 Replacement Pods: The Top-Fill XLIM Standard
The OXVA XLIM V3 replacement pod is the top-fill cartridge at the heart of the current XLIM range. You fill it through a silicone plug on top, the base is designed to resist leaks, a coloured band tells you the resistance at a glance, and the mesh coil is built in. Three pods to a pack, in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω.
OXVA sells it as the XLIM Top Fill Cartridge and lists it as compatible with every XLIM except the XLIM C. It also swaps freely with the XLIM EZ pods and XLIM V2 pods, so you can mix formats in one device. XLIM V3 0.4 vs 0.6 vs 0.8 vs 1.2 Ohm
Resistance sets both the draw and the power the pod wants. Lower resistance means more wattage, a looser draw, more vapour and a warmer flavour. Higher resistance means a tighter mouth-to-lung pull and a coil that lasts longer. Your XLIM reads the pod and suggests a wattage when you click it in.

Which Devices Do XLIM V3 Pods Fit?
OXVA lists the V3 for the XLIM Pro 3, XLIM 3 Ultra, XLIM SQ Pro 2, XLIM GO 2 and XLIM GO Lite, as well as the earlier XLIM Pro 2, Pro, SQ Pro, SE 2, SE, SQ, GO and Classic.
The V3 is the pod OXVA builds its current XLIM kits around. The OXVA XLIM Pro 3 Pod Kit has airflow that adjusts from a tight MTL to RDL, which suits the whole 0.4–1.2Ω range, and the OXVA XLIM 3 Ultra Pod Kit adds a full touchscreen and Smart Wattage Mode, which sets the power the moment you click a V3 pod in. The OXVA XLIM SQ Pro 2 Pod Kit offers adjustable side airflow and up to 30W in a compact square shell. For a first kit, the OXVA XLIM GO 2 Pod Kit (1500mAh, 30W) and the budget OXVA XLIM GO Lite Vape Pod Kit both take V3 pods straight out of the pack.
The OXVA XLIM Pro 2 DNA Vape Kit will also fire a V3 pod, but without Anti-Burn or Flavour Replay – for those, fit the XLIM stainless steel pods. Earlier XLIMs, including the Pro 2, SQ Pro, SE 2, SE and SQ, take the V3 too; just remember the 0.4Ω needs a device that reaches 26–30W.
Will not fit: the XLIM C, or any NeXlim device – for a NeXlim, see the NeXlim Unitech 3 replacement pods. The 0.4Ω V3 needs up to 30W, which the XLIM SE, XLIM SQ and original XLIM Pod cannot supply.
How to Fill an XLIM V3 Pod Without Leaks
- Pull the pod straight up out of the device – it is held in by magnets.
- Lift the silicone plug on top of the pod, next to the mouthpiece.
- Fill slowly down the inside wall of the tank and stop a little below the top.
- Push the plug back in firmly all the way round, then wipe any liquid off the outside of the pod and the contacts.
- Refit the pod. If it is new, leave it five minutes before vaping so the coil soaks through.
How Long Does a Pod Last?
Expect roughly five to ten days per pod for everyday use. The 1.2Ω lasts longest because it runs coolest, and the 0.4Ω wears fastest. Nic salts are vaped in small amounts, which is easy on the coil, while high-sucralose and dessert flavours gum up mesh quickly. When the flavour dulls or turns sharp, swap to a fresh pod – with the coil built in, there is nothing to clean or rebuild.
XLIM V3 Pod Problems and Fixes

They share one slot, so the choice is about filling and resistance range rather than fit. If a flip-open port sounds easier, the XLIM EZ replacement pods are the quickest to refill.
RDL or MTL? The Draw Explained
MTL (mouth-to-lung) is a two-stage draw like a cigarette: pull the vapour into your mouth, then breathe it in. The 1.2Ω and 0.8Ω V3 pods with the airflow closed down give you this. RDL (restricted direct-to-lung) is one slightly restricted breath straight into the lungs. The 0.6Ω can do either, and the 0.4Ω is RDL only. Coming from cigarettes or disposables? Start with MTL. Frequently Asked Questions
Is 0.8 or 0.6 better for the XLIM V3?
For nic salts, the 0.6Ω. It gives a more intense flavour hit than the 0.8Ω. The 0.8Ω is slightly cooler with a tighter draw and lasts a little longer.
XLIM pods V2 vs V3: which should I buy?
The V3, unless you specifically prefer side filling. The V3 fills from the top, has a 0.4Ω option and colour-coded bases, while the lowest V2 resistance is 0.6Ω. Both fit the same devices.
Are XLIM V3 pods the same as the XLIM Top Fill Cartridge?
Yes. OXVA sells the V3 as the XLIM Top Fill Cartridge – it is the same pod.
Why is my XLIM V3 pod leaking?
Nine times out of ten the top plug is not fully seated, or the pod was filled to the brim. Press the plug in all the way round and leave an air gap.
Can I use a 0.4 ohm V3 pod in any XLIM?
No. It needs 26–30W, so it is not suitable for the XLIM SE, XLIM SQ or original XLIM Pod. The Pro 3, 3 Ultra, SQ Pro 2 and GO 2 run it.
Will V3 pods fit a NeXlim?

What are the replacement pods for the OXVA XLIM V3?
Any XLIM V3, EZ or V2 pod – they all fit the same slot. If your kit came with V3 pods, these are the like-for-like replacement.
