OXVA VPRIME Pod Kit: The Original 60W Auto-Draw DTL Pod

The OXVA VPRIME is the pod kit that started OXVA’s DTL range – OXVA’s first auto-draw DTL pod, putting 60W, a 2600mAh battery and a 0.96-inch colour screen into a body just 105.5mm tall. It takes the VPRIME Cartridge in four resistances, from a 0.2Ω cloud pod to an 0.8Ω for a tighter mouth-to-lung pull, so one device covers every style.

Which Pods Fit the OXVA VPRIME?

The VPRIME takes the VPRIME Cartridge in 0.2Ω, 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω. OXVA’s VPRIME 2 guide also confirms the newer Dual Mesh pods fit, running in Boost only.

The standard pod is the OXVA VPRIME replacement pod, in 0.2Ω for DTL, 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω for restricted lung and 0.8Ω for MTL. The newer VPRIME 2 Dual Mesh pods also fit the original VPRIME and run in Boost.

Will not fit: XLIM or NeXlim pods.

Getting Started with the VPRIME

Charge the VPRIME fully with the Type-C cable.
Remove the pre-installed 0.2Ω cartridge, fill it and refit it.
Let a new pod soak for five minutes before the first puff.
Set the wattage for your pod using OXVA’s guide above, and adjust the side airflow to match.
Draw to fire, or use the fire button.

VPRIME Battery and Charging

The 2600mAh battery charges over Type-C at 5V/2A. At DTL wattages on the 0.2Ω expect to charge every day; at MTL wattages on the 0.8Ω a charge goes much further.

VPRIME Troubleshooting

Burnt taste	Check the wattage is inside OXVA’s range for your pod – the 0.8Ω only wants 12–18W.
Gurgling	Flick the pod into a tissue and close the airflow slightly.
