VOOPOO PnP X Pod Tank DTL: PnP X Coils on Any 510 Mod
The VOOPOO PnP X Pod Tank DTL puts VOOPOO’s PnP X pod on a 510 threaded base, so it screws onto a 510 mod instead of clipping into a Drag S2 or Drag X2. VOOPOO lists it as compatible with all 510 base mods, and it takes every coil in the VOOPOO PnP X coil range.
Ours come without a coil, so choose your resistance when you order. You fill it from the side, air comes in from the top through a 360° ring with a scale line, and VOOPOO’s four-layer leak-proof design keeps condensate out of the airway. Vaping a Drag S2 or X2? You need the magnetic PnP X Cartridge DTL instead.

Which PnP X Coil for the Pod Tank DTL?
All seven PnP X coils fit. The coil decides how much power your mod has to deliver, so check its maximum wattage against this table. VOOPOO pairs the Pod Tank DTL with the 0.15Ω and 0.3Ω as standard:

Which Mods Does the PnP X Pod Tank DTL Fit?
VOOPOO says the Pod Tank fits all 510 base mods. The limit is power rather than the thread: the coil you fit has to sit inside your mod’s wattage range.
Every 510 mod we sell will take it. For the 0.15Ω at 60–80W, choose a high-power mod such as the Geekvape Aegis Legend 5 or the Geekvape Aegis L200 Legend 3. The 100W Geekvape Aegis Solo 3 and the Innokin Coolfire Z80 NEX both reach 80W, enough for any PnP X coil.
Will not fit: the Drag S2, Drag X2, Argus Pro 2 or Doric 60 Pro as a pod – those take the magnetic PnP X Cartridge. Original PnP coils (VM, TW, TR and the rest) don’t fit PnP X tanks.
How to Fit a Coil and Prime the PnP X Pod Tank DTL
- Unscrew the tank from your mod.
- Push a PnP X coil into the base of the pod until it sits flush. It only goes in one way round.
- Open the side filling plug and fill to around two-thirds.
- Close the plug and wait five minutes so the cotton soaks through before you fire it.
- Screw the tank back on, set the airflow ring and start at the bottom of the coil’s wattage window.
How Long Does the PnP X Pod Tank Last?
The tank isn’t the consumable – the coil is. VOOPOO says a PnP X coil can last up to 100ml of e-liquid, while noting that everyday use varies. In the shop, the 0.15Ω and 0.2Ω wear out first because they run hottest. Replace the tank itself if the pod cracks or the side plug stops sealing.
PnP X Pod Tank DTL Troubleshooting

| Mod reads “no atomizer” | The coil isn’t fully seated, or the 510 pin needs a clean. Reseat the coil and wipe the pin. |
| Leaking at the base | Push the coil in until it’s flush, and don’t fill past two-thirds when priming. |
| Burnt first puff | The cotton wasn’t saturated. Give a fresh coil the full five minutes. |
| Spitting or popping | Liquid too thin or wattage too high. VOOPOO specifies 50–70% VG for the DTL coils. |

Best E-Liquids for the PnP X Pod Tank DTL
VOOPOO rates the DTL tank for 50–70% VG at 10mg nicotine or lower. High-VG shortfill e-liquids with a nic shot for around 3mg suit the 0.15Ω to 0.3Ω; a 50/50 from our 10ml e-liquids at 3mg or 6mg works on the higher-resistance coils. Keep nic salts for the MTL tank.
