The OXVA VPRIME 2 is OXVA’s most powerful pod kit: a 60W auto-draw pod built for direct-to-lung vaping, with a 3400mAh battery, fast 5V/3A charging and a new Dual Mesh pod that runs in two modes. Boost fires both meshes for dense clouds and a big hit; Eco fires one for a smoother vape and longer pod and battery life.
It’s the follow-up to the original OXVA VPRIME, with 30% more battery, faster charging and the Boost/Eco switch the first model didn’t have. Which Pods Fit the OXVA VPRIME 2?
The VPRIME 2 takes two families of VPRIME pod, and OXVA is specific about how each behaves.
The pods it ships with are the OXVA VPRIME 2 Dual Mesh replacement pods in 0.4Ω and 0.6Ω. These are the only pods that unlock both Boost and Eco on the VPRIME 2, so they’re the ones to keep in stock.
The VPRIME 2 also takes the original OXVA VPRIME replacement pods (0.2Ω, 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω). They fit and fire with the wattage still adjustable, but run in Eco only – handy if you’re upgrading from a VPRIME and have spares.
Will not fit: XLIM or NeXlim pods – the VPRIME uses its own, larger pod.
Getting Started with the VPRIME 2
- Charge the VPRIME 2 fully with the Type-C cable before first use.
- Take out the pre-installed 0.4Ω Dual Mesh pod, open the fill port and fill it with e-liquid, then refit it.
- Leave a new pod to soak for five minutes so the cotton around both meshes is saturated.
- Press the fire button five times to switch on. Four clicks switches between Boost and Eco; three clicks lets you adjust the wattage.
- Set the side airflow – closed down for a restricted lung hit, open for full DTL – then either draw to fire or use the button.
VPRIME 2 Battery Life and Charging
With 3400mAh on board, the VPRIME 2 carries 30% more battery than the original VPRIME, and 5V/3A charging refills it around half as fast again as the first model’s 5V/2A. How long a charge lasts depends heavily on mode: Eco runs one mesh at lower power and stretches both battery and pod life; Boost at 40–60W is thirstier. Most of our customers who vape in Eco get well over a day from a charge; heavy Boost users should expect to charge daily.

Best E-Liquids for the VPRIME 2
The VPRIME 2 is a direct-to-lung device, so it suits lower-nicotine liquids. On Boost, freebase shortfill e-liquids at 3mg or 6mg are the natural fit; in Eco, 10mg nic salts work well – OXVA’s own Ox Passion nic salts are made to partner its pods.
