XLIM Stainless Steel Pods for the OXVA XLIM Pro 2 DNA
These are the pods that let the OXVA XLIM Pro 2 DNA work the way it was designed to. Each XLIM stainless steel pod uses a stainless steel coil whose resistance changes predictably as it heats, so the Evolv DNA chip can read the coil temperature and stop it burning – OXVA calls this Anti-Burn. Three pods per pack, top-fill, with the coil built in.
They are made for one device only. Put them in a standard XLIM and it will not work properly. Put a standard XLIM pod in the Pro 2 DNA and it will vape, but without Anti-Burn or Flavour Replay. If you own the Pro 2 DNA, these are the pods to buy.

XLIM Stainless Steel Pod Resistances and Wattage
The stainless steel pods run slightly different wattage bands from standard XLIM pods, so do not assume your old settings carry over. These are OXVA’s figures:

Which Devices Do XLIM Stainless Steel Pods Fit?
Only one. OXVA is explicit that fitting these pods to a device without Anti-Burn – including the standard XLIM Pro 2 and the rest of the XLIM range – results in incompatibility and malfunction.
The OXVA XLIM Pro 2 DNA Vape Kit is the only device these pods are made for. It pairs an Evolv DNA chipset with a colour screen, 5–30W output and inhale or button firing, and it is the DNA chip that reads the stainless steel coil to run Anti-Burn and Flavour Replay. The kit ships with stainless steel pods, so these are the like-for-like replacements that keep it working as designed.
Do not fit them to the standard XLIM Pro 2 or any other XLIM – OXVA warns they will malfunction. If you also own a standard XLIM such as the OXVA XLIM Pro 3 or OXVA XLIM GO 2, use XLIM V3 replacement pods in that one.
Will not fit: the standard XLIM Pro 2, XLIM Pro 3, XLIM 3 Ultra, XLIM SQ Pro 2, XLIM GO 2, XLIM GO Lite or any other XLIM, nor any NeXlim. For those, use XLIM V3 replacement pods or XLIM EZ pods.
Filling and Setting Up a Stainless Steel Pod
- Take the pod out of the Pro 2 DNA.
- Open the top-fill plug and fill slowly, leaving a small air gap at the top.
- Close the plug fully and wipe the contacts dry.
- Refit the pod so the Pro 2 DNA can read the stainless steel coil – that is what lets Anti-Burn do its job.
- On a new pod, wait five minutes before the first puff so the cotton is fully saturated.
How Long Does a Pod Last?
Because Anti-Burn stops the coil overheating when the wick runs low, stainless steel pods tend to outlast standard XLIM pods – OXVA quotes up to around 30% longer. Most Pro 2 DNA owners get a week or more from each pod. Dessert and very sweet flavours still shorten coil life, temperature control or not.
Stainless Steel Pod Troubleshooting

What Anti-Burn and Flavour Replay Actually Do
Anti-Burn uses the stainless steel coil as a thermometer. As the wick starts to dry, the coil heats up, the DNA chip sees the change and cuts the power before you get a dry hit. Flavour Replay lets you save a puff you like and repeat it every time. Both depend on the chip reading the coil, which is why they only work with these pods.
