Description
Vaporesso GT Cores: GT CCELL2 0.3 Ohm and GT Meshed 0.18 Ohm
These Vaporesso GT cores are replacement coils for Vaporesso’s NRG and Cascade tank family, three to a pack. We sell two versions, and they’re different coils: the GT CCELL2 0.3Ω ceramic core, and the GT Meshed 0.18Ω.
That matters because the GT CCELL2 only exists as a 0.3Ω – our 0.18Ω option is the GT Meshed core, which runs at much higher power. The table below keeps them apart.

🔌 Vaporesso GT Core Coils, 3 pack
✔ Three GT cores per pack
✔ GT CCELL2 0.3Ω, 35–40W
✔ GT Meshed 0.18Ω, 50–85W
✔ Sub-ohm, direct-to-lung
✔ For NRG and Cascade tanks
✔ Not GTX, GTi or GTM
The Two GT Cores We Sell
Vaporesso’s figures, from its GT core page and store:
| Core | Resistance | Wattage | Build |
|---|---|---|---|
| GT CCELL2 | 0.3Ω | 35–40W | Ceramic, SS316 wire |
| GT Meshed | 0.18Ω | 50–85W (best 65–80W) | Mesh with cotton |

Which Tanks Take GT Cores?
Vaporesso lists GT cores for the NRG tank (Revenger, Swag and Switcher kits), the Cascade Baby (Polar and Armour Pro kits), the Cascade Mini, the Cascade One and One Plus, and the SKRR tank.
These tanks came with Vaporesso kits such as the Revenger, Swag, Switcher, Polar, Armour Pro and Cascade One. We don’t currently sell a tank that takes GT cores, so this page is for existing owners. If you’re moving to a newer Vaporesso mod, note that GT cores don’t fit the GTi or GTX platforms.
Will not fit: GTX, GTi, EUC or GTM tanks. The full-size Cascade tank takes GT cores only with the GT coil adapter that Vaporesso supplied in its box.

How to Fit and Prime a GT Core
- Drain the tank and unscrew the old core from the base.
- Drip liquid into the new core and onto the side wicking holes.
- Screw the new core in hand-tight and reassemble.
- Fill and wait ten minutes for the CCELL2, five for the Meshed.
- Start at the bottom of the core’s range.
How Long Does a GT Core Last?
Vaporesso doesn’t publish a lifespan for GT cores. Our customers usually get about a week from each; the Meshed at 80W wears fastest.
GT Core Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Core won’t fit the full Cascade | You need the GT coil adapter from the Cascade box. |
| Burnt taste on the CCELL2 | Over 40W, or not soaked. Ceramic doesn’t recover once burnt. |
| Spitting on the Meshed | Use a higher-VG liquid and open the airflow. |
Best E-Liquids for GT Cores
GT cores are sub-ohm, and UK retailers recommend 60% VG or higher. Use a 3mg or 6mg shortfill at 70/30; nic salts are too strong for these powers.
