Vaporesso GTM Coils: GTM8 0.15 Ohm and GTM2 0.4 Ohm for the Cascade Tank
Vaporesso GTM coils are the plug-and-pull coil heads made for Vaporesso’s full-size Cascade tank, three per pack. We sell both versions: the GTM8 at 0.15Ω and the GTM2 at 0.4Ω.
The Cascade tank shipped with a GTM8 fitted and a GTM2 spare. Vaporesso no longer sells GTM coils or the Cascade itself, so this page is for existing Cascade owners and keeps to what Vaporesso’s archived Cascade page confirms.

Which Tank Takes GTM Coils?
The full-size Vaporesso Cascade tank – the only tank Vaporesso made them for.
The Cascade shipped with a GTM8 0.15Ω fitted and a GTM2 0.4Ω spare, plus a GT coil adapter so it could also run Vaporesso GT cores. We don’t sell the Cascade, and Vaporesso has discontinued it. Vaporesso doesn’t list GTM coils for the Cascade Baby, Cascade Mini or Cascade One – it lists those for GT cores.
How to Fit and Prime a GTM Coil
- Empty the Cascade and separate the base.
- Pull the old GTM coil straight out and push the new one in.
- Wet the cotton, reassemble and fill.
- Leave it ten minutes, then start at the low end of the range.
How Long Does a GTM Coil Last?
Vaporesso never published a figure. High-wattage coils wear quickly; change it when the flavour dulls.
