Geekvape Mesh Mellow MM X2 coils are 0.4Ω dual mesh heads for the Geekvape Alpha tank, three per pack – the cooler, more economical of the two Mesh Mellow coils.
An older version of our page called this the X1 0.2Ω. That’s the other coil (the Mesh Mellow MM X1); this is the X2. GeekVape has retired the Mesh Mellow range from its site, so we’ve kept to the figures printed for the coil and agreed by UK stockists.

Which Tank Is the MM-X2 For?
The Geekvape Alpha sub-ohm tank – the tank the Mesh Mellow coils were designed around.
The Alpha isn’t in our range any more. If you’re replacing yours, the Geekvape Z tanks we stock take Z XM coils, GeekVape’s current longer-life mesh heads.
Will not fit: Z Series, Super Mesh or Z Max tanks. For current Z tanks, see Geekvape Z Series coils.
How to Change an MM-X2 Coil
- Empty the Alpha and unscrew its base.
- Swap in the MM-X2 and soak the dual mesh wick with a few drops.
- Refill, wait five minutes and start at 60W.
How Long Do MM-X2 Coils Last?
There’s no figure we can stand behind. At 60–70W a 0.4Ω dual mesh coil is under less strain than the 0.2Ω MM-X1, so it generally lasts longer on the same liquid.
MM-X2 Troubleshooting
