SMOK RPM Standard Pod: The RPM40 Pod for RPM Coils
The SMOK RPM standard pod is the RPM40’s pod for RPM coils: the Mesh 0.4Ω, Triple 0.6Ω, DC 0.8Ω MTL, SC 1.0Ω, Quartz 1.2Ω, MTL Mesh 0.3Ω and RPM RBA. SMOK packs it three to a box, with ‘RPM’ printed on the rubber fill plug.
The RPM40 came with two pods, and the other one, the RPM Nord pod, takes Nord coils. They look almost identical, so check the plug before you fit a coil. This pod is for the RPM40 only – the Fetch Pro, Nord 2 and others that use RPM coils all have their own pods.

Which Device Does the RPM Standard Pod Fit?
SMOK lists this pod for one kit: the RPM40.
The RPM40’s other pod is the SMOK RPM Nord pod for Nord coils. For this pod, the coils are in our SMOK RPM coils. We don’t sell the RPM40 device, so this pod is for owners.
Will not fit: the Fetch Pro, Nord 2, Nord 4, RPM 2 or any other SMOK kit, and it doesn’t take RPM 2 or Nord coils.
How to Fill the RPM Standard Pod
- Fit an RPM coil into the pod.
- Pull the pod out of the RPM40 and pull out the rubber plug marked RPM.
- Fill slowly through the slot.
- Press the plug back firmly.
- SMOK says to let it stand for two to three minutes before vaping.
How Long Does an RPM Standard Pod Last?
Like any pod with a separate coil, the pod outlasts many coils. Replace it when the plug stops sealing or the pod is damaged.
