Aspire PIXO Pod Cartridges: One Pod, Three Vaping Styles

The Aspire PIXO pod cartridge is the side-fill mesh pod for Aspire’s touchscreen PIXO Vape Pod Kit and the rest of the PIXO family. Two pods to a pack, coil built in, in three resistances that cover every vaping style: 0.4Ω for direct lung, 0.6Ω for restricted lung and 1.0Ω for a tight mouth-to-lung pull.

Aspire publishes a wattage window and an e-liquid recommendation for each PIXO pod. The PIXO’s airflow slider covers MTL to DTL, so set it to match the pod.

Which Devices Do PIXO Pods Fit?

Aspire lists this pod for the PIXO, PIXO Neo, PIXO Max, PIXO Aura and PIXO Aura 2.

The Aspire PIXO Vape Pod Kit is the device we stock for these pods: a touchscreen pod kit with an airflow slider covering MTL, RDL and DTL, so all three PIXO resistances make sense in it. The same pod fits the PIXO Neo, PIXO Max, PIXO Aura and PIXO Aura 2, so if you’re upgrading within the PIXO family you can keep your spare pods.

Will not fit: Aspire Gotek, Minican, Loomix or Flexus devices. Aspire’s dual-mesh PIXO pods and the top-fill child-resistant version are separate products.

How to Fill a PIXO Pod

1. Take the pod out of the device.
2. Pull back the silicone seal on the side of the pod.
3. Fill directly into the opening, stopping just short of the top.
4. Close the seal firmly and wipe the pod dry.
5. Seat the pod back in the device’s groove joint, then give a new pod five minutes to soak before the first puff.

How Long Does a Pod Last?

Aspire’s 43% longer coil life claim is against unnamed competitors, so treat it as a guide. In the shop, most PIXO users get a week or more from each pod on nic salts. The 0.4Ω at 23–30W wears fastest; the 1.0Ω lasts longest. Change the pod when the flavour goes flat.

Best E-Liquids for These Pods

Aspire’s own advice: 50–60% VG for the 0.4Ω, and 40–60% VG for the 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω, with either nic salts or freebase. That makes most 10ml e-liquids and nic salts a straight fit.
