Aspire Breeze Coils: 0.6, 1.0 and 1.2 Ohm for the Breeze and Breeze 2
Aspire Breeze coils are the replacement coils for Aspire’s Breeze and Breeze 2 pod kits, five to a pack. We list three resistances, and which one you need depends on which Breeze you have.
The 0.6Ω is identical in both generations, so it fits either. The 1.2Ω is the original Breeze coil and the 1.0Ω is the Breeze 2 coil: Aspire says they share a structure and will swap, but it doesn’t recommend doing it, so match the coil to your kit.

Which Devices Take Aspire Breeze Coils?
Aspire lists the 0.6Ω for the Breeze and Breeze 2, the 1.2Ω for the Breeze, and the 1.0Ω for the Breeze 2.
The Aspire Breeze 2 replacement pod we stock takes Breeze 2 coils, so both the 0.6Ω and the 1.0Ω on this page fit it. Aspire says the 0.6Ω is exactly the same coil in both generations, so a pack of 0.6Ω coils covers an original Breeze too.
Will not fit: the Breeze NXT – Aspire makes a separate 0.8Ω mesh coil for it.
How to Change a Breeze Coil
- Take the pod out of the device. On the Breeze 2, squeeze the release buttons on each side.
- Remove the used coil.
- Wet the new coil’s cotton through its side holes, and add a drop to the top.
- Fit the new coil and refill. On the Breeze 2, turn the pod over, lift the silicone seal, fill through the hole and press the seal back firmly.
- Leave it for about five minutes before you vape.
How Long Does a Breeze Coil Last?
Aspire doesn’t publish a coil life. The Breeze runs at a fixed output, so what wears the coil is mostly the liquid: sweet, dark flavours and chain vaping shorten it. Change it when the flavour dulls or turns burnt.
Breeze Coil Troubleshooting

| Leaking | The coil isn’t seated fully, or the silicone seal isn’t pressed back firmly. |

Best E-Liquids for Breeze Coils
With the 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω, use nic salts at 10mg or 20mg, or a 50/50 freebase e-liquid at 12mg to 18mg. With the 0.6Ω, go lower: a 50/50 freebase at 3mg to 6mg.
