The Vapcell K25 is a 2500mAh 18650 battery with a 20A continuous rating, a 35A maximum and a 3.6V nominal voltage, on Vapcell’s own figures. It’s a flat-top cell, which is what vape mods take.

Which Mods Suit the K25?
Any mod that takes a flat-top 18650. The limit is current, not size: current is roughly watts divided by the battery’s voltage. At 80W, a single 18650 has to supply more than 20A (80W ÷ 3.6V = 22A), above the K25’s continuous rating. Two cells in series double the voltage, so a dual mod at 200W still draws about 28A through each (200W ÷ 7.2V).
Chargers we stock that take the K25: the XTAR VC4, XTAR VC2, Efest LUSH BOX, XTAR X2 and Nitecore D2. Among our mods, the Innokin Coolfire Z80 NEX and Vaporesso ARMOUR GS each take a single 18650 and go up to 80W, so on a K25 we’d keep them to about 60W.
How to Fit, Charge and Carry a K25
- Check the wrap before every use: never use a cell with a torn wrap or a dent.
- In a dual-battery mod, use a matched pair: bought, charged and used together.
- Fit it following the markings in your mod, positive end to the positive terminal.
- Charge it in an external charger where you can. Vapcell gives 2A as the standard charge current.
- Carry spares in a case, never loose in a pocket or bag.
How Long Does a K25 Last?
How long a charge lasts depends on your wattage: the lower the power, the longer 2500mAh goes. Over months of use, every Li-ion cell loses capacity. Replace the K25 if it gets hot in use, drains noticeably faster than it did, or its wrap is damaged.

Battery Safety
