For online orders: if you find the same product at a lower standard listed price on a competing UK online vape retailer, show us proof and we’ll match it. A link or screenshot of the competitor’s standard product page is all we need. We’re matching the real going rate, not an unsustainable loss-leader.

For in-store purchases at our Totton, Hythe and Holbury vape shops: we match local competitor store prices — not online-only prices. Running a physical store comes with overheads that purely online retailers simply don’t have: rent, rates, staff, utilities.
