SMOK Novo Pods: 0.8 Mesh, 1.2 and 1.5 Ohm for the Original Novo
Replacement pods for SMOK’s original Novo pod kit, three to a box. Each pod has its coil built in, so you swap the whole pod when the coil wears out.
We list three: the 0.8Ω mesh, the 1.2Ω and the 1.5Ω. Our old page described a different product entirely (a Nord pod), so we’ve rewritten it from SMOK’s own pod compatibility table.

These pods are for owners of the original Novo. If you’re not sure which Novo you have, bring it in and we’ll check.
Will not fit: the Novo 2, Novo 3, Novo 4 or Nord – SMOK lists separate pods for each.
How to Fill a Novo Pod
- Pull the pod out of the Novo.
- Open the fill plug and fill slowly down the side.
- Close the plug firmly.
- Wait a few minutes so the built-in coil soaks before your first puff.
- Clip the pod back in.
How Long Does a Novo Pod Last?
SMOK doesn’t publish a figure. Because the coil is built in, the pod is the consumable: change it when the flavour fades or turns burnt. Sweet e-liquids shorten it.
Novo Pod Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause and fix |

| Burnt first puff | The coil wasn’t given long enough to soak after filling. |
| Pod not detected | Clean the contacts on the pod and device. |
| Leaking | The fill plug isn’t closed firmly, or the pod was overfilled. |
| Too harsh | Drop your nicotine strength, or use the 1.2Ω or 1.5Ω. |
Best E-Liquids for Novo Pods
Use nic salts at 10mg or 20mg, or a 50/50 freebase e-liquid. On the 0.8Ω mesh, 10mg salts are usually enough.
