Eleaf Mini iStick 20W Mod: A Pocket 510 Battery
The Eleaf Mini iStick 20W is a tiny 510 mod – 52mm tall and 61g – that turns a slim tank into a pocket kit. It’s Eleaf’s update of the original 10W Mini iStick, now with a 1100mAh battery, up to 20W, a digital display on top and USB-C charging.
It’s sold as the mod only, so you add your own tank. Eleaf says it takes tanks up to 16.5mm across; below we explain what that means, how the voltage adjustment works, and what to pair it with. We stock it in Black.

Which Tanks Fit the Mini iStick 20W?
Any 510 tank will screw on, but Eleaf’s guideline is a maximum diameter of 16.5mm; anything wider overhangs the body.
Browse our vape tanks for a slim MTL tank and check its diameter before you buy – 16.5mm or less keeps it flush with the Mini iStick.
Will not fit: tanks wider than 16.5mm, such as the 18mm Innokin Prism T18 II tank or the 24mm Innokin Zenith M, and wide sub-ohm tanks.
Setting Up the Mini iStick 20W
- Charge the mod fully with the USB-C cable.
- Screw your filled and primed tank onto the 510 connection – firm, not forced.
- Set the voltage: start low and step up until the flavour is right.
- Keep an eye on the display, which shows the voltage and battery level.
- Recharge at 5V/1A through USB-C when the battery reading drops.
Mini iStick 20W Battery Life
1100mAh is a good amount for a mod this small, and at the modest voltages a mouth-to-lung tank needs, many vapers get a day from it. Higher voltages and lower-resistance coils empty it faster.
