Replacement coils for the Aspire Nautilus X, five to a pack, in 1.5ohm and 1.8ohm. Both are mouth-to-lung resistances built for a tight, cigarette-like draw.

The Nautilus X coil is a U-Tech design, which routes the liquid along a longer path to the wick than a conventional head. That is what lets it run at these higher resistances without the dry, thin taste MTL coils sometimes give as they age.

What It Is Built For

When To Change It

MTL coils at this resistance are the longest-lasting there is – three weeks or more is realistic on a plain liquid. They fail gradually, with the flavour thinning before anything tastes burnt.

Getting the Most From a Coil

These are made for 50/50 liquid and nic salts. A thick high-VG shortfill will not wick through a 1.8ohm MTL coil properly and will burn it.
