The Aspire Flexus AIO replacement pod is sold empty – no coil – so you fit the Aspire Flexus AF mesh coil of your choice. That separates the two parts that wear at different rates: coils get changed every week or so, the pod lasts far longer. It’s the cheaper way to run a Flexus AIO.

Which AF Coil for the Flexus AIO Pod?
The pod takes three AF mesh coils. The Flexus AIO device reads the coil and offers Low, Mid and High power levels.

What Does the Flexus AIO Pod Fit?
Aspire makes this pod for the Flexus AIO device. The AIO also accepts the Flexus Stik pod, but Aspire doesn’t say whether this pod fits the Flexus Stik device, so we don’t claim it.
This pod is made for the Aspire Flexus AIO, a compact all-in-one that reads the coil and gives you Low, Mid and High power. Pair it with our Aspire Flexus AF mesh coils. The AIO also accepts the Flexus Stik pod, which is handy if you have both devices.
Will not fit: the AF 0.4Ω coil, which Aspire lists only for the Flexus Pro pod, Raga pod and AF tank. It also doesn’t fit Flexus Q, Gotek, PIXO or Minican devices.
How to Fit a Coil and Fill the Flexus AIO Pod
- Pull the pod off the device and pull out the old coil.
- Push the new AF coil firmly into the base of the pod.
- Unscrew the top-fill cap and fill slowly, leaving a small gap at the top.
- Screw the cap back on and refit the pod. Rotate it to set the airflow you want.
- With a new coil, leave the pod standing for five minutes before the first puff so the cotton soaks.
How Long Does a Pod Last?
The pod itself lasts for months if it isn’t cracked or dropped – it’s the coil that wears. Most customers change an AF coil every five to ten days. Replace the pod if it cracks, the seal stops closing, or the airflow ring loosens.
