ElfBar ELFX 2 Replacement Pods: Dual Mesh Pod 2.0
The ElfBar ELFX 2 replacement pods are Elfbar’s ELFX pod 2.0: the refillable dual mesh pod the ElfBar ELFX 2 pod kit comes with. Each pack holds three pods of one resistance, either 0.6Ω or 0.8Ω, and Elfbar lists the same pod for four more ELFX devices.
Pod 2.0 is a genuine redesign: Elfbar turned the twin mesh coils upright, added a five-layer leak system and a second silicone plug, and widened the contact on the base.

ELFX Pod 2.0: 0.6 vs 0.8 Ohm
Both resistances use the same vertical dual mesh coil, and Elfbar says pod 2.0 suits mouth-to-lung and restricted direct-to-lung vaping. It doesn’t publish a separate wattage for each resistance, so we haven’t guessed one.

Which Devices Do ELFX 2 Pods Fit?
Elfbar says pod 2.0 fits five devices: the ELFX Special Edition, ELFX PRO Classic Edition, ELFX ULTRA, ELFX MINI and ELFX 2.
The ElfBar ELFX 2 Pod Kit is the device we sell for these pods. It ships with pod 2.0 in both 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω, so these are its like-for-like replacements, and Elfbar’s kit page says it accepts the original ELFX pods too. Our ElfBar ELFX 2 review covers the kit in detail.
Own one of the other four as well? The same pod fits them all, so one pack of spares can serve more than one device.
Will not fit: devices from other brands. Elfbar doesn’t list pod 2.0 for the ELFX Mega, the standard ELFX Pro or the original ELFX, so we can’t confirm a fit for those.
How to Fill an ELFX 2 Pod
- Pull the pod out of the device.
- Gently pull the silicone plug on top of the pod open, in the direction of the arrow.
- Fill with a bottle whose nozzle fits the pod’s 3.3mm opening.
- Push the plug firmly back straight away so it can’t leak, then refit the pod.
- Elfbar says to wait five minutes after filling before you vape, to avoid dry hits.
How Long Does a Pod Last?
Elfbar doesn’t give a figure for pod 2.0, only that it’s built for an extended lifespan and repeated refills. Two of its tips help: top up before the pod runs nearly empty, and don’t leave liquid in a pod you won’t use for a while. The coil is part of the pod, so when the flavour turns flat or burnt, fit a new one.

Five Layers of Leak Protection
Elfbar’s 5A leakproof system has five parts: dual plugs on the fill port, an all-round seal, accurate cotton saturation, a 2mm thickened absorbent layer and an anti-leak chamber. A V-shaped auto-reflux structure handles condensation.
Best E-Liquids for These Pods
Elfbar highly recommends a 50/50 VG/PG liquid for pod 2.0 and says it works best with its own ELFLIQ nic salts. Any 50/50 nic salts or freebase from our 10ml e-liquids will wick properly, but leave thick high-VG shortfills for sub-ohm tanks.
