Description
Aspire Flexus Stik Replacement Pod: Bottom-Fill Pod for AF Coils
The Aspire Flexus Stik replacement pod is the empty, bottom-fill pod for the pen-shaped Aspire Flexus Stik. It comes one to a pack without a coil and takes Aspire’s AF mesh coils, so you only replace the AF mesh coil as it wears.
An airflow ring at the base of the pod sets the draw. The same pod also fits the Flexus AIO device. Below: coils, wattages, filling and fixes.

Which AF Coil for the Flexus Stik Pod?
These are Aspire’s wattage windows for the three AF coils this pod takes:
| Coil | Wattage | Style | Best with |
|---|---|---|---|
| AF 0.6Ω | 15–18W | RDL | More vapour, warmer flavour; 50/50 liquids |
| AF 0.8Ω | 14–16W | Between the two | A balanced middle ground |
| AF 1.0Ω | 12–15W | MTL | Aspire’s pick for nic salts – tight draw |

Which Devices Does the Flexus Stik Pod Fit?
Aspire lists this pod for the Flexus Stik, and its Flexus AIO documents confirm the AIO device accepts the Stik pod too.
The pod fits the Aspire Flexus Stik Kit, Aspire’s pen-style Flexus, and the Flexus AIO device also accepts it. Fit one of our Aspire Flexus AF mesh coils before use.
Will not fit: the AF 0.4Ω coil, the Flexus Q, and Gotek, PIXO or Minican devices.
How to Fill the Flexus Stik Pod
- Pull the pod off the device and push an AF coil firmly into place.
- Turn the pod upside down and lift the silicone seal on the bottom.
- Fill slowly and press the seal back firmly.
- Refit the pod with the buckle lined up with the airflow hole.
- Rotate the airflow ring to set your draw, and let a new coil soak for five minutes.
How Long Does a Pod Last?
The pod lasts for months; change the AF coil every five to ten days, or when the flavour dulls.
Flexus Stik Pod Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Leaking from the bottom | The silicone seal isn’t pressed fully back. Push it home all the way round. |
| Pod won’t seat | Line the buckle up with the airflow hole before pushing it on. |
| Burnt hit | The coil wasn’t soaked, or it’s worn out. Soak new coils for five minutes. |
| Draw too tight | Rotate the airflow ring open, or try the AF 0.6Ω. |
